AVENEL—On Tuesday May 15th, the Middlesex Legal Professionals Association (MLPA) held their 10th Annual Awards Dinner, featuring their Charitable Cause Presentation to Women Aware. The organization raised $1,200 and also collected items in need for Women Aware’s safe house, which included household cleaning products, toiletries, baby food, diapers, and new clothing. Phyllis Racavich (pictured – left) presented their donations on behalf of the MLPA to Women Aware’s Community Outreach Specialist (pictured – right), and noted “we thank you for all of the great work you are doing for our community.” Women Aware thanks the MLPA for their generosity and dedication to helping families of Middlesex County move beyond abuse.
